Refunds


For most items, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or incorrect upon receipt. If this occurs, please contact us for assistance with a return or exchange. We do not offer refunds for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.


Exceptions to the right of return (if applicable)

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of underwear, intimate products, or other hygiene items where the packaging has been opened or the product has been used are not accepted. This also applies to products that come into direct contact with the skin of an intimate nature.

Only defective or incorrect products may be approved for return or exchange within this category.


Returns (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us using our contact form.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email using our contact form.

Shipping

We will instruct you via email on where to send your item for return to our Swedish warehouse.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth over 750 SEK, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
